First make sure you have been notified (most likely through your OU email) that the item is ready for you to pick up. If you have not received a notification and are curious of the status of your hold, you can contact the Service Desk at 248-370-4425.
If you have been notified that it is ready, you can pick up the item at the Kresge Library Service Desk located directly to the left as you enter the library. Your OU ID will be required for pick up.
